Yep, at least the runway part is very much a fantasy for now, but some of the other details about the building below are interesting

Yeah, umm... Where do, you know, the planes like... go? After they land and all?



EDIT: After looking at the drawing again... this is public transit???

Looks cool, but you couldn't land very big planes there. You could probably make it work for smaller turbo props.

Actually, I'd love to see this building in Chicago (minus the ridiculous runway). It would stand out without being too dominant in the skyline, and it would put Chicago ahead of the curve in building ultra-modern green skyscrapers.

With 9/11 security standards in place, I could never see this happening. Even if it were small single prop planes. This is certainly fantasy but a neat idea. I like the wind turbines and would like it if skyscrapers had that today.
