Great to hear. Yeah definitely a process especially when you're moving from one sub culture to another and over 700 miles..

I would venture to say that if a Chicago-like style of living with less crime the closest you would find are either Denver or Dallas. If I had to choose between the two I choose Denver.

The only thing I hate about Denver is the lack of water, ie big river or body of water, but beyond that it is a pretty cool city. The airport is extremely far out of town with no public transportation option, I hope the correct that.
