YES- Being black in Chicago has thickened in it's negativity to such a point that any intelligent black family would be smart to re-locate and leave the place. From what I understand it that is has become common for black kids to kill black kids..even coming and going from school...If I lived in a place like that- I would say - let it rot and I would at any cost get the hell out of there...save yourself.

I know of many successful black families who live in the city of Chicago and love it.
