Sure, but it depends on where you are and some other things. I take cabs but it's pretty rare..

Houston's a family town first and foremost, IMO. It might just be me since I was born there and did live there for most of my life, but I wouldn't live there in my youth years. If I was starting a family and wanted to settle down, Houston's great. As many said already, you're going to need a car there too.
