Well if you're interested in joining a gang, Chicago is certainly the place for you. Walk around the mean streets of south Chicago and ask around, the gangs down there recruit people off the street.

The gang life is glamorous, but also very dangerous. They may make you do things you don't want to do and if you refuse, well then I can't say what would happen.

I heard that gangs on the West Coast offer flexible hours, work-from-home privileges, onsite gyms and even free snacks. Midwestern gangs still stick to a more traditional workplace, but that's slowly changing as gang leaders seek to maximize worker productivity. After all, a happy employee is a successful employee, and you can't straight thug and sling that yay if you aren't feeling fulfilled and embracing a healthy work/life balance.
