It's a sketchy area. The further south you go, the better. 87th and Western is quite nice.

Yes unfortunately these gangsters are not well trained in firearms marksmanship. The bullets fly all over the place and it is always the 3 year old at the park accross the street that gets killed.

Perhaps the gangs should invest in firearms training and proficiency testing to ensure their employees are performing their duties effectively.

In seriousness anywhere where there are untrained douchebags discharing weapons is not a safe place to live regardless of who they are shooting at.
