Good for the city, and an understandable move if a company like that needs to attract a certain workforce.

Great for the city. I wonder how many new people they'll be hiring in the next few years, and also how many existing workers will end up moving to the city. Luckily for both parties though, the new office will be right near a few metra stations.

Yep. With the ongoing gradual reversal of urban and suburban demographics, expect more of this in the future.
