Really awesome that Grace got 2 stars. I think the place, from what I've heard, has the potential to get 3 sometime. I also see that Senza got a star. Very cool - been meaning to dine there. Also great that El Ideas got a star. Still not on the list? Les Nomades..

I have to hit up El Ideas and Sixteen. A friend, whose opinion on food I really respect, recently went to Grace and hated it. I still want try it though.

I went to el ideas a while back, and still get chills over it. By far the best dining experience I ever had, and one of the coolest experiences I've been through. I'm very apprehensive of going back, only because my expectations are so flipping high. It was worth every penny

This thread is a prime example of why there are so many obese people in Chicago.

I'm fat because of great pizza, fried foods and beer. I'm not wealthy enough to be fat because of michelin rated places.

For the Michelin guide? Most Michelin places are fine/fine-ish dining. Not exactly high fat or massive portions.

Maybe not massive portions, but often high in fat - just not fat that's as visible or noticable as in fast food.
