I have been living in Chicago Near North are in a rented apartment for past two years rent @1500 per month. I am currently looking for buying my condo since the real estate market is cooling down. I want to live in the lively neighborhood similar to Near north where I can get a 2b 2b condo with a parking space for not more than 350,k. Also I want some place a couple of blocks away from CTA. Currently I do not own a car.
