No, i just happened to take it one day and found out what a great way to travel from Wacker and Lake Shore Drive all the way to the southwest part of the loop to the Congress (Eisenhower) expressway which is approximately by maybe Racine and Congress,, but you can also zip in and out along the way too. Its great for when there is bad weather above, and traffic, you escape it by going down Lower Wacker.

I agree, esp. Gold Coast has the best combination of nice condos and attractive young women.
