Today I received a collection letter for unpaid tolls from a collections agency. I've had ipass for a few years, once in a while I would receive a letter for an unpaid toll and would call to correct their error with the ipass. I must have missed one of these letters because it has been handed down to a collections agency. Who do I call to get this taken care of? It is not my fault they make mistakes and now I get this crap!

Even if it wasn't they still do what's called VTOLLS, it snaps pictures of the license plates and collects the info that way. I will contact them and see what they say about this.
