I can believe this happened. I've seen guys masturbate on the train as well. When an attractive lady walks by they act like they can't control themselves while bucking their eyes out of their head. I have seen teens all the way up to seniors do this. Dont wait you have to report harassment to the proper authorities right away.

Thanks for some news. I didn't see his face unfortunately, but I know he's a black guy and I believe the security camera on the train captures his face clearly (if he didn't wear sunglasses) because there were cameras really close to us and he faced inward not the door. I called 311 today but couldn't file a report on phone for some reason but was told to come to nearby station. So I'll go tomorrow.

Well, since you didn't see his face, don't try and guess. If you did, then you could get people in trouble who don't deserve it (this happens a lot in the US, unfortunately). If they press you for it, just re-iterate the fact that you never saw his face. Just hope the camera caught something. It's good you're going to file the report.
Just curious, which line was this on and what time of day? I'm sorry you had to go through this.

It's no problem, I'm rather happy to share the info of suspect here. Redline southbound around 8:40am. He got off at Lake station. Of course I'm not going to give information of his face to police because I have no idea about his face at all. But the problem is that it happened 3 days ago. The reason I didn't report it soon was because I thought it's too minor case. But as time passes, I gradually got angry about the fact it happened to me and I thought other women might be victims of him in the future if I didn't report it. Is it too late?

Yes, exactly. He could do it again. Is it too late? I don't know - but it won't hurt to report it. The worst that will happen is they will tell you they can't get video from 3 days ago or something and might not catch him. The best that will happen is they will find video of it happening, get his face, and issue a bulletin with his image.
