This is a forum about Chicago the city. Nothing else. So if you want to have your question actually answered, then post somewhere else.

You can't - but a mod will probably eventually see it and move it to another forum for you.

Lol. Well Westchester is an affluent suburban county immediately north of NYC. Out of all the other NY counties you mentioned, it would definitely be the most similar to Nassau (in Long Island). Westchester appears to be a bit more rustic and less built up all-around than Nassau, however. I'm sure one of the Chicago mods will soon delete this thread, but thought I'd enjoy this a little bit. I have actually been to all of the locations that you mentioned.

Westchester is most similar to Nassau or Suffolk.

It isn't similar at all to Utica or Syracuse.

Also, some of the rich suburbs in Westchester Co. are similar demographically to some of Chicago's wealthy North Shore suburbs. For example, Scarsdale, NY would be similar to a Highland Park or a Glencoe (very significant affluent Jewish & Asian presence). Bronxville, NY would be similar to a Winnetka or Kenilworth (very significant affluent old money WASP presence). Certain sections of downtown White Plains would look somewhat similar to downtown Evanston just like certain sections of Yonkers would look like the rougher parts of Evanston also but with a lot more hills. Substitute Lake Michigan with the Hudson River in NY. Bill & Hillary Clinton live in Chappaqua, NY a bit further north into Westchester County. Plenty of other celebrities & media personalities in the NY area call Westchester County home due to its proximity & commuter rail access to Manhattan.
