I could have bought Apple stock before the iPhone launch for (relatively) dirt cheap a month before... but I'm positive I would have lost all my cash because people would have loved the newest Blackberry.

The official government weather agency realeased its predictions for the country and it shows Chicago having average temps and below average snowfall.

I wish I could answer the OP's question, but alas, my crystal ball has a crack in it.

I can confidently predict, however, that whenever a few inches of snow fall in Chicago, the local newscasts will carry on about it like it's the Apocalypse.
