Life is exponentially easier in Chicago if you have a postsecondary education and don't feel like you need to live in the most popular neighborhood.

I think what it means to him by gray is ..... the glass always is half empty? Not half full. Seeing things
in a negative way even if not bad. Some people are like that. Gray themselves.

Gray skies, gray people, gray streets, gray snow... Have you ever looked down while approaching o'hare, especially in winter? Have you ever looked out while approaching Miami or ft lauderdale airport? Notice the difference?

Wait seriously, i know it sounds weird sahing chicago is pink, but i heard this explanation, in some other foreign countries, they describe things with color, like pink is a happy color, so she is asking if chicago is a happy place.

I lived in Chicago years ago. I compare it to the northeast now. Midwest is cleaner. City is far more green then not. Great singled homed front lawn neighborhoods with few row homes. But yes good areas are pricy. As for comparing to Miami. They have the same big city issues.

But I SEE THIS WHEN I SEE CHICAGO from the air....
