Maybe a garden unit in the good part of Logan Square. Or definitely something west of Kimball and south of Kimball. I was looking at condos by the Square and near Milwaukee and was surprised at how much some of them were asking. I imagine rent would be similar.

You should probably go on an apartment rental website and check for yourself.

A studio apartment for 800 in Logan Square for sure, 1 bedroom? It's a stretch, and whoever posted above saying it would have to be a garden unit is right. I would never rent a garden unit apartment.
