Are bathroom/kitchen facilities available? Utilities (heat, etc.)?

Nope. No electricity or running water. I just sleep there at night. I don't hang out in the day.

Hey NealIRC - I thought you were really kidding / joking that u sleep in an abandoned building. I'd feel highly insecure in that. With my "stealth boondocking," I sleep safe and secure in my minivan, except that one time I slept near Mt Sinai Hospital and I heard gunshots at night - I didn't know I was near a bad neighborhood.

Suburbs are mostly very nice hangouts for me anyway. Plus going downtown and taking the BNSF is a trip. Downtown - full of PRETTY WOMEN!

I imagine you have like curtains and such in your minivan.

Thing is, the building I sleep in, is actually 4 buildings that are conjoined. Some are 4 floors tall, and some are 8 floors tall.

And I got it all to ma self...

People do sometimes walk around my building but the chances of them finding my room...

Heh, and do downtown women actually talk at all?

In my experiences, White women generally are unapproachable 90% of the time, they immediately give the cold shoulder.

Hispanic women much more talkative, especially the ones into gang banger type of guys or have felons as boyfriends.

Are you squatting by choice or are you having other kinds of difficulties?

How are you going to keep warm in a camper come winter? Keep it running all night?

Lol, thank all the out-of-state stoners who moved to my birth city within the past 5 (?) years. (Cue old-timer music) Back when I had an alright 1 BR apt three miles from downtown, the rent was $580 per month, plus electric. Now the same apt building has 1 BRs for around $1,200 per month.
