I don't think about you much, and I never think "Gee can Neal from the city-data forum only live 1 place at a time?"

Yes. Location is very important.

Oh, the abandoned post office was sold privately now. During this summer some time.

I gotta check out what's west of the Bloomingdale.

IIRC, in a previous post he revealed that his income is somewhere around $11K a year. Pretty hard to find a Chicago apartment you can afford on that income unless you're subsidized.

Gee, OP. U r funny! Living in abandoned building isn't really the way to go! Living in a cargo van or minivan is way awesome! I get to go everywhere, live nearly everywhere, and it's quite an adventure. Plus, I use technology to survive living in my minivan even though it's 12F blizzard weather outside.

I don't really live in an abandoned building, I sleep there. I sleep in an office room, on a sleeping bag, which should be more comfortable than sleeping in a car specially with the windows rolled up then you got all that carbon dioxide.. So maybe you got plants in your car to balance it off and make that oxygen.

As far as getting to go everywhere, that's gas mileage. Just curious though, what does your driver's license have as address? Can you be without an address and still maintain a driver's license?

The CTA 30-day pass at $100 is my transportation, and in the winter, I don't use it since I don't travel.
