Nah... I got Reflectix all over my windows, a 98% fuel efficient propane heater, and I nearly optimized my methods in living in my minivan. Yes, I do have a CO Detector, - A MUST! So yeah, last winter my insulation wasn't so top notch yet I did survive 3 days stuck in a blizzard in a KY shopping mall parking lot at 12F weather.

I also sleep with thermal wear and a sleeping bag, too.

My heater is only 3000 BTU yet it's sufficient to keep me warm. The windows have to be cracked open slightly to have some fresh air, though.

My DL has the last place that I room shared at. I wish I could update it to my friend's address, but they don't want to handle that. I think you need an address for a DL.

If you have a disability or are low income you can possibly get a FREE CTA / RTA / PACE / METRA Pass from Downtown Chicago. I GOT ONE. I forgot, was it from the basement of 69 W. Washington? Look around for that. It will help you A LOT!

The Chicago data portal probably has a huge listing pertaining to abandoned buildings. I recall mapping foreclosures in Chicago as part of a project but there were definitely data sets pertaining to vacants. Dunno if they had building sizes though.

Sup man, I found the answer to finding the amount of property sold. You don't need to do a FOIA request. I just went to City Hall, Recorder of Deeds office. They want the building #, not the address. Had to go to computer to type in address to get the building #. Then go to basement, give them the building #, and they can look it up (how much the abandoned building was sold).

Is your CO detector just a regular 1 like the 1 used in a house with double A batteries?

But I'm talking about CO2, the gas you breathe out. You could experiment with plants to see if that increases the oxygen percentage.
