Anyone notice how the actors on shows based in Chicago look nothing like people from Chicago? Like Chicago pad, fire, etc. I guess you wouldn't notice it if you're from Chicago. They just look too pretty and lively.

So many people in Chicago's core especially. Are transplants anyway. There really is no look or mannerism of a Chicagoan to say happier looking of different? Just wait till everything is green again and winter is gone Gone GONE. LOL You will see more smiles outside.

Actually the hot weather seems too make people more miserable which is just one of many reasons why it makes me want too leave the city each year

You might be thinking about actors versus the general population. It's funny how that works. Oddly enough, it also happens to be the case in pornography.

Heh. Kind of like how people outside of the US thought that all Americans were good looking, just like in the movies.

Everybody on television looks better than the people do in that area in real life, lol. The exception might be New York. I was really impressed that there were really no overweight people in New York. The only time I saw overweight people was when I visited Times Square (which made sense, because, tourists). Not surprising though, I lost a few pounds in the week that I was there. You walk everywhere and for some reason I never really felt hungry when I was there.

Of course nobody is fat in New York. The food there is not very good and is WAY over priced who can afford to eat there

Hahaha that is probably true. I wasn't very interested in the food I could afford, and could not afford all of the fancy food. So I think I mostly just gave up, lol. I remember having a slice of pizza, grubhubbing a quesadilla or something, and going to lunch 2x with friends. Other than that I have no idea what I ate the week I was there.
