Is the front office really dysfunctional or is it just the media over exaggerating?

no, the media is FINALLY starting to report on something that the die hard fans have known for years. there is zero reason why they should be retained after this year.

they can't draft
can't make trades
can't get along with coaches

just an overall clusterf*ck and paxon and forman have been here for over 10 years with nothing to show for it.

For once the media is telling the truth. The Bulls like the Bears are run by a bunch of clowns

Bulls Front office Staff: "We plan on going younger and want to target good percentage shooters."

Next Month's headlines: "The Bulls sign Dwayne wade and Rajon Rondo."

Me: "Wait, what?"

I have no problem with them adding veterans around their younger players. Problem is,their young players are not NBA ready.

the young players on the bulls are barely d-league ready. and that's a major indictment on the front office.

I disagree. the bears clearly have decided on a total rebuild. I have no problem with this. at least they have a direction. if you're going to miss the playoffs for 7 consecutive seasons, you BETTER have a clear plan.
