It was said with a touch of irony. I'm not particularly liberal and certainly not elite at all, but when I saw the Republican definitions of liberal elite during the election they actually fit me pretty well, so I thought I'd own it as a way of mocking the concept. I was just having some fun.

Same here, but the topics on here now are so rediculos I can't believe it. It sure is a sign of the times as to whats going on in the economy. People no more asking about good neighborhoods to move into like before... No, today its; "How to get a nanny, best puppies for the area, flags coming down, people just posting the name of a town they used to live in by shouting out things like Lansing, Arlington Heights, etc., people talking about Chicago's weather to have Steve talk about how wonderful it is... Sorry Steve it's true. People asking about flooding, winter weather wear, just stupid stuff that has nothing to do with where to move... The very purpose of this board.
