every year people ask where winter is, I usually say - you'll have no problem finding it in march or april

Winter just got stuck in traffic, that's all.

It's a ~30F wind chill down here in Texas right now, even. People are dressed up like it's the polar vortex.

My mother always used to say that it followed the basketball tournaments....but I attended to DePaul so I have no idea on when those start anymore.
