What are the boundaries of Logan square that are considered gentrified? I am trying to help a white female find a studio under 850 and she cannot find one in a neighborhood where she would not be the only white person. She would feel comfortable if there was at least 40 percent white people.

She looked at one near Belmont and milwaulkee but she felt she would be the only white person and that area was a little run down.

Studios in the whiter parts of Chicago are on average 1000. She also does not like lake view because of parking.

Logan Square includes the neighborhoods of Logan Square, Bucktown, Palmer Square, Belmont Gardens, and Kosciuszko Park.

The area immediately surrounding Logan Square Park is the most up-and-coming area.
