The title reads itself. I love cool, rainy winters but also hot and humid summers where rain falls mostly in the form of thunderstorms.

Thanks!

EDIT: I haven't used this forum in years but I want to put this in the weather or City v City category. How do I change this???

How cool is cool to you? 40s? 50s?

Redding CA.
Probably Grass Valley CA and other Sierra foothills.
Some snow too.

Medford OR.
Payson AZ.

Dallas TX.
Houston TX.

Many places in Southeast.

Google thunderstorms by city for more info.

The closest I can think of is southern Tennessee, their winters are much warmer than Chicago's, with a similar summer.

For moving the thread, perhaps you can PM the moderator, or if they review the threads continuously, may see your request.

Northern Arkansas or southern Missouri. Kentucky would probably qualify too. You definitely need to get south of St. Louis. I went through Louisville last year in Feb, and it was moderate, quite pleasant.
