Palm Beach is the barrier island. The west part is not as nice. All the ultra fancy houses tend to be on the barrier island.

You really did do your homework great job! The Metra Electric stops there are unique and nice too. Sadly one was burned down a few years ago

Not really. WPB isn't anything like Palm Beach. Palm Beach is where the money is.
