PLM (Police Lives Matter)
That is great that you do that. and yes PLM! Sadly in this city the mayor seems to only care about the lives of the criminals

Yes they do! And the police in this city need it so much right now. It was great to hear that the nights of the riots people cheered on the police and helped them locate the thugs as much as they could!

[quote=Jimmyp25;58676170]How does the mayor and chief have the nerve to have the police sent to handle those crowds with no Riot gear? After 25 years of living in Chicago, I think this is the WORST I have seen the city under her leadership. Am I missing something?

You’re right on. She’s more interested in insulting President Trump and getting the census numbers up than all the looting and vandalizing and weekly mass shootings in her city.

Just google Lightfoot and Census Cowboy. She may be the worst mayor Chicago has ever had.

Why would the city bow to what, maybe a hundred or so protesters? (sorry, I mean rioters). The last time I looked, Chicago had something like 2.5 million people - if they allow one percent of one percent (.0001) of the population to destroy stuff, shame on THEM. What needs to happen is for five hundred, unarmed citizens to go to Grant Park tonight, link arms around the statue, and calmly tell anyone who's there to destroy it that it will not be allowed. Then let the police defend them from any violence perpetrated upon them by the "protesters". Turn the rioters' tactics back on themselves.

Problem is that if citizens go there to defend the statue . Lightfoot and the media will label them as racist trump supports ....

Notice the lack of social distancing as well amongst protestors . Lightfoot would never point that out .

What a joke !

CPD fails again, using excessive violence, especially in an unprovoked situation.
