Cutler had sub par game tonight but it didn't matter b/c Martz has finally seen the light. This was the 3rd game in a row with 30+ runs, this has never before happened in a Martz called offense.

And about damned time. Music to my ears to actually hear commentators taking the Bears seriously!

It's going to be a rough 4 game stretch for the Bears. They will be lucky to win one of their next four against the Jets, Patriots, Packers and Eagles.

The Jets game is going to be close, I bet it will be very low scoring, so a mistake here or there and one team can win. If they play conservative and get a few breaks, they should be able to win that game.

Their next four games are against the Eagles, Lions, Patriots and Vikings.

-The Lions is always winnable
-I think the Eagles game is going to be the toughest, but I never expect Vick to play like that again. Home game, should be close.
-The Patriots will be tough but it's another home game and while they have Brady, there are no one else that scares you on that team. The Bears can compete here.
-The Vikings will be in a complete and utter tailspin by then, they pretty much already are

2-2 or 3-1 through those 4 games.

The way its going the Bears might go 6-0 in the division and need every one of those 6. If we win the rest of our divisional games, then lose the rest that puts us at 10-6, and might win the division. However, if the Bears can eek out a win vs either the Iggles, Pats, or Jets, I think we're in.

If the Bears win the division and maybe win a playoff game or two, the worst thing that will come out of it is Lovie Smith will not be fired. He needs to be launched.

Leave it to this defense to inflict on Vick his first interception of the season.

Never went out up here. If you need an update, it's 28-13 Bears with 2 minutes left in the 3rd. Bears have 3rd and goal on the 3 yard line so they're about to score again.

ETA: Make that 31-13 headed into the 4th.

This team finally is starting to look like the real deal.
