what part of lake street, downtown or just west of downtown?

I know that the Lake Street just west of downtown is shadowed by the el. Its noisier than an airplane jet on lake street, the windows better be soundproof. The el runs on top of the street along all of lake street, lake street hasnt seen sunlight since the el was built on top of it.

Then theres the metra two streets behind lake, the bells of the gates and noise of the train is another thing thatll be bad.

Then every street south of lake street, includin lake, for 4 blocks, is food warehouses and packagers, meat, everything, its dirty and smells.

Theres no traffic, so thats good.

Its a safe area, but theres almost no stores or anything commercial. its close to 290 and 90/94.

if its in downtown though, then its fine, but I highly doubt its in downtown. were talking about actually downtown and not anything else.
