We still get quite a few of those though... Not as many as in years past, but there are plenty still in certain parts of East Lake View.

My answer to this question changes whether you are renting a place of buying a place. Making $90K a year as a couple, you really won't be able to afford a nice 2BR condo in many of the premier neighborhoods you listed. But you could rent a place pretty much anywhere on that salary.
