Default it's fabulous

Clark and Fullerton. The absolute heart of Lincoln Park (and only about 4 blocks south of Diversey which is the border of Lakeview). At Diversey and Clark you will find Border's, Barnes and Noble, an urban six story shopping center, and tons of folks on the sidewalks with outdoor cafes, etc (same at Clark and Fullerton).

You can walk a couple of blocks and be on the running/jogging paths and close to the Lake/beach. The area is mainly well to do folks and there is some lovely housing stock. Lot's of young urbanites. Great bus service to Michigan Avenue and the Loop from from the Stockton Drive buses 2 blocks away (and from the Clark St bus).
Plus, Depaul University is just a touch west.

Can't go wrong with it and very very safe.

It is a studio for $680/month, I thought that sounded cheap. Good to hear that it is a good location. Thanks for the replies.

All utilities are included and the size is not specified, just a studio.

I think a friend of mine may have just moved into the same building.

She has no complaints about the building, and the price is a steal.

Take it.

I am not sure what building it is, but for that price I would take it also.
