Hi guys,

I know that you guys are probably really tired of answering neighborhood questions, but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this area: 2930 N Commonwealth Ave. That is Sheridan and Diversy.

I just came back from Chicago and unfortunately could not find an apartment. Now Im back on the PC trying to find one and I sent in an app for this apartment. The rent seems a bit of cheap for a renovated 2 bedroom so just wanted to make sure that it wasnt a bad neighborhood before I made my final decision.

Thanks,
M

There may be a reason for the cheaper rent, but it's not because of poor location.

Wow... That sounds great! Its just difficult doing things over the phone and internet because you dont know exactly what your're getting yourself into. Does anyone know if rent.com is a reliable source in finding a place?

Great location at the top of the old Olmstead-designed portion of Lincoln Park... Hard to beat.
