Hmmmm... I suggest picking a new law firm instead of stereotyping all Ivy-League educated lawyers. If a person I hire treats me like trash, I fire them right away and find someone new. I'm sure there are plenty of others who would take your business AND treat you well.

Personally, I don't mean harm to anyone. I never like to judge or you know stereotype people because I have been stereotyped alot and experienced racism first hand for the first time this year.
