I have a contract to buy a condo with parking space. The contract writes " UNIT 12 A and parking space______ " . Must the parking space be writen down? It sounds like buy a car now and get the wheels later! Can I cancel this contract?

You should have a real estate attorney and ask him or her. I've bought 2 condos, both with parking. The parking spaces are deeded property, like the condo unit itself. You should know exactly which space is yours and the space number should be written down on all contracts. The space goes with the unit and will be sold together if you buy and eventually sell. I would not sigh the contracts or any paperwork without the space number specified. If you had an attorney, I'm sure they would get you out of the contract OR be sure that the unit number is included.
