I know what you mean. I recently started working at Vivid Ascent Integrated Marketing Agency - Chicago, IL - and before that I did most of my job hunting online. Craigslist is a great place to start. My advice would be to network as much as you can before you move here!

SAIC(School of the Art Institute of Chicago) Columbia College, American Academy of Art, The Illinois Institute of Art Chicago, Robert Morris College, North Park University, DePaul University, Loyola University Chicago.
