How is this place? It's under 70 miles from me. I'm a beginner becoming an intermediate (for Midwest) Is it worth a quick trip? The pictures make it look like an OK joint. Any feedback is appreciated...

I'm a beginner and been there with my boyfriend who is on an advanced level and we both had a great time there. We went there 3 weeks ago on a sunday for the first time. They have green, blue and black slopes and it wasn't too packed and busy.

The staff is very friendly, they have a cafe, a bar etc so you can have a drink and sth to eat when you warm up inside. I'll def go back very soon.

enjoy the snow, Janine

ya its fine to go just to pass some time and you can have some fun. If you have never been to an actual mountain to snowboard it will be fine.
