Not sure what you mean by "near Chicago". I always get points for sending my wife for a day to the Kohler Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin. It is quite good. But the point with that is to get away from the city. It is a several hour drive. If you want a good spa in the city I have a few good recommendations also based on past feedback.
