The ACLU has no idea how easily and cheaply this can be done. Even the bulk storage can be dirt cheap per Gig with the correct video storage solution... Unfortunately any solution in Chicago will probably go to expensive local vendors, union installment, and then on top of those issues, be stored on millions of USB flash drives that need union staffed indexing...

Union labor...lol. sorry, i work for the state of illinois so i know how little some union workers work and i know how much they get paid for sleeping on the job. although, i can't complain about being a government employee. It rocks! especially, in times of a recession.

Those people would be sleeping whether they were union or not, that's a state problem not a union one.
