No, I wouldn't. I pay attention to the markets, and my example is still on the extreme side for depreciation. Though things could certainly get much worse with this messed up economy we seem to be charging in to...

Why is it that you keep posting our LS news? Need I start posting all the crimes in other neighborhoods to make my own point? If you look at the data, you'll see that many top neighboorhoods indeed have worse crime.

i lived in the belmont craig neighborhhod but i spent a lot of time in logan square and lincoln park also
