I hope this hasn't been asked before.

What if chicago's west side and south side were a seperate city from the north side? What do you think the murder rate would be? The reason I ask is because I'm curious.

If you really want to know, you can always use the CPD's ClearMAP website to determine the incidence of homicide in the various parts of town.
