Lots and lots and lots of photography. I've got at least 15 urban landscape projects going on right now. Chicago is one helluva model.

I love decorating It's a huge hobby of mine. Working with colors, interiors, furniture, cloth and fabric... I moonlight as a designer. I like to design period-- buildings, clothing, furniture, interiors. You name it, I've designed it and sold the project to someone.

I also love making money. Cash flows are another hobby

I used to be really into clubbing and going out, but these days I'm just tired. I like drinking in quiet lounges like a true lush.

I follow the commodities market religiously, and I have funds set up that I use to play with currency bets and other such trades. I've made some pretty wise bets lately

I have a lot of investments in rental real estate across the country, and it becomes more and more tempting every day to simply quit my job and live off that income.

In this life, I have been blessed with financial stability and more cash than I ever know what to do with. But I've just never had what I felt amounted to a life-- I've been working over 90 hours a week for almost ten years now and I'm not even 30 yet. All of my hobbies revolve around the financial side of my job.

As much as I love the fiance, I want to return to either Los Angeles or Chicago.
