I think the main difference is Houston is a very libertarian town. There is also no zoning. You are kind of free to be who you want to be. Many aspects of life, including unsavory ones are sometimes right in your face in the form of billboards and so forth in Houston.

Myssa you have the most ineresting threads i've ever seen. But to your question, if by massage baryou mean prostitution there not to much of those in the cty that i know of at least, but some hookers will drive in SUV's or Vans and stop guys walking down the street.

I once was walking home on State by Grand in the freezing cold and offered a ride home by a pretty lady in a nice looking car. When she got to my house, she put her hand on my leg and started coming onto me and I said don't be offended, I am with someone, I have got to go. I was also scared because there was something VERY fishy about the whole thing. I am just saying, if it happens to you walk the other way. The best things in life are free...

This is true. This has happened to me on North & Paulina. There were a few big dudes in the car. My wallet was in my front pocket, and I put my hands in my pockets and started walking towards the Citgo gas station. She got back in the car and they drove away.
