If you want to go by Wiki (pretty much the opposite of authoritative), Metra has around 336,000 rides daily

There are stats kepts on all large transit agencies. 3rd Quarter Stats:

CTA Rail Ridership: 680,000 rides

Bus Ridership: 1,068,000 rides

Metra Ridership: 336,000

PACE Ridership: 125,000

Total daily ridership in Chicago: 2,209,000
