Going to the Green City Market at 1750 N Clark on Saturday morning. Is there meter parking I might seek out? Or should I just go to a garage at Pipers Alley or something?

There are meters on North Ave. I can't say they'll be available, but they're there.

Since the increase in parking meter prices, they are always open, but bring a s**tload of quarters to use one! I'd use the parking lot.

Thanks!

Well there's two of us splitting the parking. I wasn't sure if there was meter parking on the drives in Lincoln Park at the south end. But I'll bring a roll of quarters, cruise North Ave, and see what happens.

There's also that parking lot at Lasalle and Stockton. I don't remember how much it is, but if for some reason you can't a meter spot, that's a close alternative.

I believe one can use dollar coins in the meters.
