The city was INSANE last night! Every car, taxicab, bus and cop car were blaring their horns as they drove up Chicago Ave! People were buying me shots right and left, what fun!

Really? His #s weren't that impressive this post season at all---while not bad, just he was not a shut down keeper this post season. I thought Kaner had a strong case for it, along with Duncan Keith. Overall though I am ok with Toews

Toews had something like 22 goals in the playoffs--an amazing feat that tied Dennis Savard. It would have been hard to deny him. He didn't have any goals in the finals, but he was still effective.

Toews kinda sucked in the finals, but it's worth remembering the Conn Smythe trophy is given for outstanding play through the entire playoffs, not just the final round. In that context, Toews is a pretty worthy recipient.

Incorrect. Tied Savard in points, the majority of which were assists.

But I forgive you.

Congrats Chicago, I am super happy for you and your nice people. No city deserved a title more than Chicago, too often only in the news because of the crime, too often forgotten for all of the good things (great people, top notch music, great food, great museums and arts etc..) it offers.
Hopefully I will be back to visit soon; this city left something special inside me.
