Do Olympic pin knock-offs. Crazy European tourists buy every version of these they can find at all the Olympics.

Also, anyone with half a brain on this board could be a unofficial "docent" and take tourists to the nearest Vienna Beef stand and charge for the privilege.

People are buying up new loft buildings on southside now...Not saying you missed the boat but, they are already doing this despite the olympics coming. Figure they will make a little money regardless, and possibly a lot. This is more speculation of the actual infrastructure post olympics. I have been approached by some real estate buds about this months ago.

I think we can safely say it's entirely speculation since the host city hasn't even been announced yet.

The last two architecture firms I worked at each had some hand in putting the original proposal together, so hopefully I can get a piece of one of the buildings.
