Old Sears Roebuck Complex (Spaulding: condos, architecture, campus)

I haven't driven by the old building on Arthington and Homan in a over a year but the last time I did the mailing facility to the west was torn down and the tower was still standing. I think the builders are constructing condos on the campus. Anyone know if they are planing to knock down the remainder of the campus east of Homan?

I'm also wondering about the building further east on Arthington between Kedzie and Spaulding. What did that used to be? Looks like a hospital from the outside and the architecture only seems to be from the mid 1960s. When did that building close and what was it used for? Paging IrishTom.
