Where do you go all costumed up to enjoy Chicago for Halloween? Did I already miss anything for Saturday?

Check the parks district stuff. There was a lot that went on this weekend but there'll be more throughout the week and of course on Saturday. There are tons of bar crawls but they won't be much fun if you don't drink.

Try 57th and Harper in Hyde park. One year they had a stage and amateur plays. All the hoopla is put on by local residents. The place draws a crowd.

On Halloween I shopped all Village Thrifts with their 50% off sale. Then I hung around Belmont & Halsted at 6 to 7 pm for the Halloween Costume Parade there. When I left there were tons of people around that area in Halloween costume so it was interesting... but it also was cold and my fingers were starting to freeze on the bike home...

What did you do for Halloween?
