Does the rate of property tax allocated to the county and paid by City residents equal that paid by those in unincorporated Cook County? Or are those in unincorporated areas taxed at a higher rate by the county?

I ask because obviously those who live in unincorporated Cook County are receiving many more services from county taxes.

Always have been curious about this and our taxation baffles my tiny brain.
