We found a really nice condo right near this intersection. They are renovating most of the surrounding properties as well. Wondering if anyone has experience around this area, as all thats left is for us to sign so any input at this point would be appreciated.

My major complaints about the area is many the surrounding properties can be a bit on the "dumpy" side, and it's a long commute time-wise to downtown via public transportation. Other than that, nothing really bad to say about the area. You're a short bus ride down Clark Street to the Andersonville dining/shopping/pub district, one of the nicest in the city. And you're about two blocks from one of my favorite "greasy spoon" restaurants, The Diner on Devon/Clark. Owned and run by the same folks who run the Leona's chain. Yummy.
